Facility fees per started hour:
1st hour: 25,00 €
2nd hour: 20,00 €
3rd hour: 15,00 €
4th hour plus: 10,00 €/hour
Billing will be on a quarter-yearly basis. Prices are in accordance with DFG guidelines and have been approved by the boards of the core facility and the IZKF.
Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope: Zeiss LSM 780
Inverted Microscope (Cell Observer Z.1)
XL incubator for live cell imaging (S2 level)
Laser lines: 405, 458/488/514, 561, 594 and 633 nm
Detectors: high sensitive GaAsP Array detector and 2 PMTs, 1 T-PMT (DIC)
Objectives: 10x, 20x, 40x Oil (NA 1.4), 63x Oil (NA 1.4)
Software Options: spectral imaging and linear unmixing, colocalisation, 3D reconstruction, mosaic and stitching, Time lapse, FRET
